Standard Terms

These apply across every partnership and individual service engagement.

T.01Ad spend

Never included in retainers. Billed directly by the platform. Spend minimums recommended during onboarding.

T.02Revisions

Two rounds included on all creative. Additional revisions quoted hourly. Mid project direction changes may trigger a rescope.

T.03Payment

50% invoiced at the start of each month, remaining 50% due at month end. Setup fees split the same way, half at signing, half at month end.

T.04Communication

Shared Slack channel per partnership. Response times run business hours AEST.

T.05Reporting

Live dashboards accessible at all times. Formal written reviews monthly, quarterly strategic reviews per tier.

T.06Intellectual property

All creative assets transfer to you on delivery and payment. Our processes stay ours.

T.07Exit

Cancel any time with 14 day written notice. No lock in, no minimum term. Full offboarding included: asset handover, documentation, and account transfers.
